SHIPPING POLICY

We are partnered with the largest couriers in the UK, including DHL, offering you worldwide express shipping. We are delighted to offer shipping to over 200 countries using major delivery providers such as Aramex and DPD. As a gesture of goodwill we currently pay all necessary duty fees in full for the following destinations; United Arab Emirates Saudi Arabia Kuwait   Doha Bahrain Qatar Oman All other worldwide destinations including Europe, must cover their own duty/tax fees. Please ensure you consider the addtional fees prior to placing an order. Please note that when your order arrives in your chosen country of destination, any duty and taxes payable by you, will need to be paid promptly to the customs office, to ensure you receive your delivery without delay. Any delays caused by unpaid fees are out of our control and if the parcel is returned to us due to unpaid fees, you may be charged accordingly. We offer UK next working day courier shipping as standard, providing you with full tracking and DPD's unrivalled delivery options. Your parcel options include, predict and follow, elect an alternative delivery date, deliver to a neighbour, leave the parcel in a specified safe place and collect your parcel from a DPD pickup shop. RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us.  With the exception of 'luxury handmade', made to order or personalised garments.  We simply request that the item is in immaculate condition, and packaged appropriately to prevent damage.   You are responsible for the returns package until it reaches us, therefore we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature on delivery).  The cost of returning the package will remain your responsibility.  Upon receipt, you will receive e mail confirmation and a refund to your original payment method.
